Please watch the video above on the rose quartz aura massage. I have not written notes on this healing practice because I want you to watch, listen and get a feel for what is required here. Please practice on a real ‘client’ at least twice. If you can practice on someone different each time – that is great (because everyone’s energy is different of course) Write up how you felt doing it and what happened each time. How the client felt before and after. Remember your energetics!
- grounding and centering and protecting and channelling your energy
- make sure your crystal is clean
- client is comfortable
- soft music available
- grounding afterwards is essential
I enjoyed tuning into rose quartz, a beautiful crystal, and giving the massages gave such peace and tranquility to the people concerned. Lovely to experience!
